Management of CIFI is vested with the Managing Committee. From the Managing Committee certain office bearers are the members of Executive Committee, which is otherwise known as Board of Directors. Apart from the Managing Committee, there are Regional Committee and State Level Chapters. The well-defined structure of management ensures proper administration of the organisation and ensures regional representation in the Managing Committee.
